Common questions
What buyers ask us most often. Anything not here, send us a message and we will answer it.
- How long does a trailer take to build?
- About three months for tipping trailers, low beds, cargo trailers and CPO or diesel tankers. Skeletal container trailers take about one month, and open platform trailers about two. Times run from confirmed order to collection.
- Do you handle PUSPAKOM inspection and JPJ registration?
- Yes. We take care of PUSPAKOM inspection and JPJ registration, so the trailer is road-legal by the time you collect it.
- What warranty comes with a new trailer?
- Six months, on every type of trailer we build.
- Do you deliver outside Sarawak?
- We deliver to Sabah and Brunei as well as throughout Sarawak. We do not deliver to Peninsular Malaysia.
- Do you build to order, or are these standard models?
- Both. We build standard configurations, and we build to order — an unusual length, a difficult load, or a plantation road that destroys ordinary suspension.
