Syaifar Realty Sdn Bhd has been building trailers and truck bodies in Sarawak since 1980. Over four decades we have grown from a workshop into a manufacturer that also constructs steel bridges in the remote interior, and is the appointed dealer for Italian and Korean cranes, hooklifts and aerial platforms.
Despite the word “Realty” in our registered name, we are not an estate agency and do not deal in property.
Because we design and build in-house, we can take a specific requirement — an unusual length, a difficult load, a plantation road that destroys ordinary suspension — and build to it rather than sell around it.
Our yard is in Sibu, and we build for operators across Sarawak — Kuching, Miri, Bintulu and the plantation roads in between — as well as Sabah and Brunei.

What we do
- Manufacture of trailers of all types, oil and LNG tankers, cement spreaders, and trailers for special purposes.

- Construction of steel bridges on site for timber and plantation companies in the remote interior of Sarawak.
